Owning a large plot of land up to 720m2, the owner of Dong Thap wishes to have a home close to nature, with landscaped ponds and lakes typical of the South West.
K + Architects is responsible for the design of a 1 storey home for Dong Thap home owner. After receiving the request from the family for the desire to live, living in the spirit of water and the West, architects have drawn up plans for the building including a floor and a small attic. Both works are built deep inside separate from the noisy, dusty road in front of the house.
Owning a large plot of land, the garden area is relatively large, 470 m2, while the building area is 250 m2. By the landlord is a couple born and raised in the Dong Thap land, spend a lot of love for water, plants. Looking at the garden with 2 small ponds, lotus and other flowers will understand how deep love of the couple.

In front of the house are two lotus ponds, guns bring the sound of the West river water.
The living room space is close to granite, wood.
Dining corner of the family is also designed in garden style with wooden dining table. The spacious space thanks to the brick wall is skillfully arranged to create numerous small holes for the sun, the wind rushed in.
The sky is bright for the indoor environment.
The first floor of the house consists of functional living areas, a kitchen, a bedroom, a WC and a reading room. The attic floor is a small library for couples and two young children to relax together.
The kitchen is impressed by the multicolored chairs, the trio of decorative ceiling lights, the eye-catching brickwork and the island’s bright stone kitchen island.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house and each room is designed in minimalist style to ensure the comfort of use for the members.
Bedrooms do not set up too many things to ensure the comfort, wide open as possible. The windows were also designed to be two so that the light would fill the room.
