After renovation, the three-storey villa is owned by a family of three generations: the husband and wife have two children and grandparents, was more spacious by the architects have moved the house to another location there are more advantages. At present, all rooms in this beautiful villa have beautiful views overlooking the green garden and the water of the lake.
To help the house get as much light and natural wind as possible, the architects moved the house to a spacious, more green area.
The 1.2 meter high fence gives the view from the airy house but still guarantees the security of this 3-storey villa .
Utilizing low-lying terraces, the architects turned into basements for parking while the first floor was raised above the road. The fence surrounding the villa has a height of 1.2 m to ensure privacy and create a vision for everyone living in the family.
It is possible to enter the house in two directions one direction from the front yard, the other direction is down to the basement – parking area.
Because of this, the villa is facing south-west, so the sun is shining in every direction. Therefore, the architect designed several layers to overcome the shortcomings of the house: avoid sunshine in the west, cool south. Shields that go from outside to inside are the tall trees for the shade, the sun shade, the lower shade, the flower garden and finally the house wall. Therefore, the space inside this three-storey villa is always airy, cool.
The interior of the living room is warmly lit by the shutters outside and the inside glass doors can rotate in accordance with the northern climate . When the weather is hot, the shutter will open and the window will open so that the air can escape from the hot sun. Conversely, when the weather is cold, the glass door will be closed, opening only the shutters to keep warm but still receive natural light from in addition.
The kitchen is in the same open space with living room.
