Being in the process of urbanization, it is easy to see similar works in Dong Anh district, Hanoi. The family of 4 who owns the land of 175 m2 has decided to build a new house with strange structure. With environmentally-friendly materials – bricks – the house carries the shape of the cave was formed under the hands of knee molding of the architects of H & P Architecs.
Bricks-material that simulates the simplicity associated with traditional housing. In addition, brick is a local material. Homeowners desire the house has reached the closest to the natural environment. Therefore, bricks are used for the whole building.
The whole house is made of two layers of closed walls. Interspersed is the green patches of the trees. The brick-laying art provides the ventilation needed inside the house. Through the openings between the light bricks and the air easily crept out. The restaurant is always open during the day and shimmering at night.
The interlocking wall solution eliminates all unfavorable elements of the project such as sunshine in the west, noise and dust from the road. But it is good elements such as sunshine, rain and wind to bring home the ideal living space.
The walls above are specially built. As a result, members can feel the pace of time. It is easy to guess the exact time by the sun or the wind.
