Location: Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
Family of 4 members of 3 generations living together in space is quite narrow and architecture began outdated compared to the throne townhouses tall sprouting all around. The owner decided to renovate the place to live in order to have more comfortable living space, more modern.
Being located in the alley area is too small, the architects of La Design Studio had to worry a lot when designing a four-storey house for the house owner.
Because there are three generations to live together, it is difficult to harmonize each other’s preferences. He wishes to live in nostalgic space. While descendants prefer modern, new things. The architects decided to take advantage of the furniture from the old house on the new foundation to create a nostalgic atmosphere, familiar to the whole family and at the same time cut costs somewhat.
The new interchange between the four-storey house is also represented by brick, stone, grinding wood. The details of the facade, decorating the walls in the home, … all evoke the harmony of the new and the old.
Because of the narrow width of the living room furniture, the dining room is neatly folded to one side giving way.
The space of the kitchen with cozy wooden storage shelves, walls painted green green paint the eyes to impress the room.
The main traffic axis in the house is arranged in the floor.
Each ladder is a different sense of scene, decoration.
The rooms are designed to open up to the floor to get the most natural light.
Any corner of the house will be highlighted.
