The pipe house is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi with a series of houses deep and narrow close together. The land area is 85.40 m in which the width of 2.8 m and the depth of up to 33 m. The pipe house was built in the old style. With reinforced concrete stairs in the middle of the house forming the boundary dividing the house into two parts, before.
Renovation of the house started from the depth of the house to focus on design so that there is emphasis. Thanks to the maximum use of the view straight out of the garden so the living space does not feel long narrow. On the contrary, the members felt the spaciousness of the house after renovation.
The front of the house guarantees the security of the townhouse. Trees cover most of the facade that brings the green carpet to the house. At the same time contributing to the clean air for the old town.
The upper floor is the living space of the house while the first floor is rented by the landlord to the gallery. Entrance to the upper floors has stairs and elevators. At each floor, KTS is designed so that members can easily see the green vegetation scene in the garden. Old reinforced concrete stairs are replaced by modern steel stairs.
From the dining room overlooks the pretty little garden outside the window.

A long glass corridor is used to connect the front and back rooms to provide light for the living room on the second floor and dining room on the third floor.
The bedroom is simply designed. Just put each bed to sleep wood.
