Any housing project in Saigon or other large cities is affected by noise, heat, dust, … A green living space so that soon became the trend of housing design. In this century.
This beautiful 82 square meter house is no exception. Although it is located in the suburbs, Nha Be district, but not so that the work out of dust, noise pollution … Homeowner is a person working in the field of design industry desires to build a home space Minimalist street, delicate and introverted in order to be able to enjoy the fresh, peaceful after a long working day back.
Space in the suburbs should be more favorable than the works in the inner Saigon. That is not so many high rise buildings around, obscuring vision. The homeowners also want the street side space to receive as much natural light as possible. However, although the sun is much, but must ensure that the air in the house is always cool.
The design team’s proposition is the “double skin” approach. This means that the building is covered with two layers. The outer layer is a wall made of concrete bricks which provide ventilation, natural light but still prevent heat radiation. The second layer is a large glass to reduce dust, noise into the space of the town house.
A small garden is designed in the central area of the street house space. This place became the common place of the whole family by pure, clean it brought to the members.
The landlord takes advantage of most of the old furniture. Therefore, the atmosphere of familiar, close is always present in the space of this town house.
The design team also ensures that all functional areas of the house receive natural light through the sky well, glass windows, etc.
Kitchen-dining open views are the garden courtyard in the middle of the house.
