Wishing to own a spacious living space, the owner of 3-storey Sai Gon G-Architects asked the architects of G + Architects to help upgrade and renovate some functional areas. The result is not satisfied when the house not only feel the deep hun but also become a peaceful place with green trees, beautiful aquarium right in the house.

Possessing a three-storey house on 76 m2 of land with a 4m frontage, 19m deep, the owner of Tan Binh district wants to renovate the living space so that it is close and friendly to nature, especially always open.
With a depth of up to 19m while only 4m wide, this 3-storey tube house is inevitably created to create a sense of depth. Therefore, the solution architects of G + Architects proposed is to “cut” the three-storey house. This improves the image of the house, avoiding deep sensation, dark as before.
Three-storey house in Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City is no longer feeling deep smoke as before. In contrast, the interior space, outside the house is extremely airy and close thanks to the solution “cut” the works.
The house has 3 floors and each floor has its own functional areas. The connection between spaces thanks to the staircase system cast with modern glass rails, period.
