Traditional architecture in every corner of the 3-storey 3-storey house area of 108 m2 in Saigon.
Located in a residential area with many old residential buildings, architects of G + Architects decided to bring elements of traditional architecture into the house. From ventilation bricks, sunshades, book windows, … are applied in the 3-storey house in District 11.

The area of 3 storeys is 108 m2. In it, the length up to 27 m, the horizontal only 4 m. Disadvantages of hun suction hole caused the tube house is not bright enough to handle the treatment. By arranging a well in the middle of the house. In addition, there are intervals in the front, middle and back of the house. Thanks to that, the 3-storey house is very airy despite the length of the smoke.

In the middle of the house, a well ventilated air intake is designed. Glass roof shades increase the shimmer for the sky.

The living room is quite simple with sofas, wood tea tables, wall mounted TVs and storage cabinets running along the walls. A small garden scene serves as a buffer zone. Next is the kitchen-dining and backyard.
A wooden storage cabinet is installed underneath the stairs. Next to it is a small garden with gravel to create a closeness to nature for a 3 storey house.
Kitchen-dining is arranged in the same space. Modern kitchen cabinet with two colors white-brown wood. Classic brick is used to wall tiles create kinks.
Wooden table for 4 persons. Above is the ceiling lamp with unique bamboo lamp. The kitchen has a nice view of the garden.
The parents bedroom is located on the second floor of the house.
Spacious room designed with relaxing corner windows. Beautiful view down the small garden below. Wooden furniture is the mainstay. These gadgets also have built-in storage capacity to create comfort and comfort for the host couple.
The bedrooms of the two children also have airy views, large balcony. In the room, in addition to the bed area is the remaining area for two children play. Wooden storage cabinets are arranged around to help children store books or toys.
