Beautiful two storey villa in Dong Nai is built on the old land of the family to remember the childhood of the owner. Clearly this villa is full of modern comforts inside but by bringing wells, lakes, greenery, … for the garden to help evoke old pictures of old homes.
Villa roof is built on an area of over 200 m2 while the land area is 800 m2. Approximately 400 m2 area remaining space for gardens where the architect designed many elementary landscape garden beautiful at the discretion of the owner.
Although it is designed in modern architecture but the shape of this two-storey villa still has some features of folk architecture with wide leaves and eaves nest under the roof. The courtyard with many green trees, the lake is gracefully curved corridor wrap around to create a bold impression for any set foot in this villa space once.
Slats and skylights are used by architects to shield the sun from the sun, making the rooms in the villa space cool. Not to mention the wall is covered with two layers, with additional foam insulation in the middle.
Wood furniture , floor tiles with ancient sound and the face with the outside poetry is the point that make roof space this villa so admirable.
The bedroom is equally well-designed with two windows designed to look out onto the lush green garden.
Interestingly enough, in this roof-villa space is the fact that all rooms are almost two-sidedly exposed to the outside garden setting. Thanks to this, but in any corner of the house also feel the cool, cool.
Not to mention modern technology such as solar cells , rain watering system modern trees are applied thoroughly to bring the maximum utility for homeowners.
