Only 300 million of Hanoi apartment after renovation become living space desirable

Built more than 10 years ago with the old architecture, apartment interior is also backward no less so that host – a sports commentary prepared to marry feel the need to renovate the whole interior.

With an area of 105 m2, the apartment in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi of a sports commentator looks degraded with furniture is too old, backward even balcony is turned into a warehouse. Since built almost 15 years ago with the only living alone so the landlord did not mind much about the renovation. On the occasion of his wedding, he decided to rely on the architects of  AOTA atelier to change the appearance of his living space.

The total cost of renovating this 105 m2 apartment is 300 million dong (excluding electrical appliances, electronics).

Interior image of apartment  105 m2 before and after clearing has a very big difference.

Homeowner said he belongs to the type of simplicity, so there is no interior style suitable for him in minimalist Nordic style but still full of utility.

Bedrooms and kitchens now turn into a cozy and more co-ordinated living space.

This apartment has wide open space but due to the bedroom and the kitchen obscured, it looks rather dark, the balcony is turned into a dusty warehouse, which increases the sluggishness of the apartment. Architects decided to break a wall, turn the space formerly set bedroom and the old kitchen into the living room and kitchen-new food. This flat is also raised to solve the problem of water drainage for the kitchen. Meanwhile, the new bedroom is arranged back to create the necessary privacy.

Kitchen- breakfast with white mainstream. The view of the balcony and the outside is very cool thanks to the glass doors have extra curtains to pull back when needed.

The working corner is arranged close to the window for as much natural light as possible. Wooden storage shelf utility is used to store furniture, books, documents.

However, the owner still retains some of the most memorable furniture of spiritual value such as this wooden cabinet and the precious statues he collected from the collection.
